During cold and flu season, here are simple ways to keep your baby healthy. Remember: they are more susceptible than you, so it’s important to be diligent and extra careful!
- Wash your hands often
- Cough or sneeze into a tissue (and then throw it away)
- Limit close face-to-face contact with your baby if you think you’re infected
- Consider recommended flu shots for babies and everyone else 6 months or older.
